SPA 1: Nairobi City Tour (3hrs)
The tour covers the modern city center, the colorful city market, parliament
building, the railway museum, and the renowned national museum, where
there are spell binding of the early man. The cultural regalia, flora
and fauna of Kenya a visit to the adjacent snake park is also included.
SPA 2: Nairobi National Park (4hrs)
It’s a 113squre kilometer patch of plains and woodland making
up the park. It’s the only park in the world that is in the heart
of the capital city. With more than 80species of mammal and the second
largest wildlife migration after that of Mara/ Serengeti, The tour
can start in the morning or in the afternoon to suite individual or
group.
SPA 3: Karen Blixen and the Giraffe Center. (3hrs)
Depart in the morning or in the afternoon and drive towards the Ngong
valley to the Karen Blixen Museum. This is the house where much of
Karen Blixen “out of Africa” movie took place. Late proceed
to giraffe center to see and feed the famous Roths-child giraffe. The
place is run and managed by the African Fund for Endangered Wildlife.
The place also educates children about conservation.
SPA 4: Carnivore Experience
The city of Nairobi has many hotels offering variety of cuisine, we
recommend carnivore because they have the all- you- can- eat menu which
includes camel, ostrich and crocodile. There are good vegetarian selection
too, they have live music venue at an adjacent Simba Saloon.
SPA 5: Bomas of Kenya (3hrs)
Bomas mean homestead in Swahili, this was an original attempt to keep
live museum of the indigenous Kenyan life. It’s located just
a few kilometers from the city center. It has a display of 11 traditional
homesteads and emphasize on regional dance. The best time to visit
is in the afternoon to see the display of the traditional live music
and folklore songs performed in splendid arena.
SPA 6: The Nairobi National Park, the Bomas of Kenya and the Carnivore.
Nairobi National Park is only 8km from the city center. This reflects
pride for no other bustling capital can boast wildlife in the wilderness
almost on its doorsteps. Morning spent tracking some animal species
in the park, then lunch at Carnivore, continues to the Bomas of Kenya.
The tour ends at Nairobi in the afternoon.

SPA 7: Half or Full Day to Paradise Lost
Leave the madness of the concrete jangle Nairobi city
and drive to the largest picnic site in Kenya. A 54 acre land which
is a home for the 2.5 million years cave, tree thought to be over 100
yrs old while the river reed have a story to tell. There are nature
trail which lead to silver cut water fall. About 82 species of bird
have been recorded, a tour to 600 acres of coffee, horse riding, camel
riding, fishing for black bass and tilapia and also boat riding are
some of the activities in the park.
SPA 8: Mt. Longonot and Lake Naivasha
Leave Nairobi city at around 900hrs and drive westwards stopping at
the view point of the Great Rift Valley and view Loita plain and if
the weather permits you can see Lake Naivasha sparkling in the sun
thousand of feet below. Longonot is a Maasai ward that means mountain
of the “steep Ridges”. Then Proceed to Lake Naivasha, the
largest lake in the Rift valley and one of the fresh water lakes on
the floor of the Rift Valley.
You can have a boat ride to the Crescent Island which is an optional
activity. Crescent Island is one of the few places in Africa where you can
wonder on foot among herds of zebra, wildebeest, gazelle and giraffe and no
predators. The tour ends in Nairobi in the early evening.
SPA 9: Trip to Chimpanzee Sanctuary
Depart Nairobi at around 0900hrs and drive north past pineapple, coffee
and banana plantation, to one of the largest open air market in east
and central Africa, Karatina. A brief stop to sample what is sold in
this famous market and meets local inhabitance. Proceed to Sweetwater’s
game sanctuary which is on your way to Mt. Kenya arriving in time for
lunch. The sanctuary has animals from Jane Goodall institute in Burundi
and orphan from bush meat trade, former pets from other parts of Central
and West Africa now numbering more than 40 pets. Latest is baby Zee
rescued from pet shop in United Arab Emirates. Return to Nairobi in
the late evening.
SPA10: Trip to the Birth Place of the Agikuyu
Depart In Nairobi at around 0900hrs drive north passing through Chania
falls, coffee and pineapple plantation on your way
and later arriving in Muranga town. Formally known as the Fort Hall,
this is the mythical origin of the Agikuyu because of its proximity
to Mukuru wa Nyagathanga, the “Garden of Eden”. Then proceed
to the Mugumo tree (fig tree). There is a small museum and a guide
will give you the history of the Kikuyu culture and tradition. Return
to Nairobi in the afternoon.
SPA 11: Trip to Oldonyo Sabuk National Park
Leave Nairobi at around 900hrs and arrive Thika town then visit Chania
falls before you proceed to fourteen falls vie on of the largest pineapple
farm in East and Central Africa (Delmonte). On arrival you need an
armed ranger because of many Buffalo that inhabits the surrounding
as you head to the falls, the mountain rise up to 2146m above sea level.
Return in Nairobi at your own leisure arriving in the evening.
SPA 12: Day Tour to Ngong Hills and the Shallom Picnic Site
The trip takes you past Ngong town after a stop over proceed to the
hills which have a wonderful view of Lake Magadi, plains of Nguruman
and Uaso Nyiro River, lake Natron in Tanzania if the sky is clear.
Later proceed to Shallom picnic site for relaxing and meeting local
people. Return to Nairobi in the evening.
SPA 13: Day Trip Lake Nakuru National Park
Locate 160km from Nairobi one of the many lakes we have on the floor
of the Great Rift Valley. Drive through highland farms of the kikuyu
tribe. Before descending an escarpment into the dramatic landscape
or the Great Rift Valley, lunch is taken in the park and followed by
and extensive tour in the park. Return to Nairobi with a stop over
at Lake Naivasha. This gives birdwatchers a chance to see what the
lake region has to offer. The tour ends in Nairobi in the evening.
