1. What kind of safari vehicles are you using?
 We use Minivans and Jeeps (Land Rovers and Cruisers) on our safaris
             
2. Are you going to pair me with another traveler(s)?
  Most of Our trips are all PRIVATE, But if interested in sharing we can arrange for it.
             
3. Can you smoke when you are on safari?
  Due to a variety of factors smoking is not permitted in our safari vehicles. However, regular stops can be arranged for you to enjoy your cigarette.
             
4. How much luggage can I take on safari?
  If your safari does not include an internal flight, then you can take up to 60 or 80 pounds of luggage per person. If your safari includes internal flights, most of the local flights would have a luggage weight limit of 45 pounds per traveler including a carry on luggage
             
5. What kind of clothes do I need?
  We recommend comfortable and casual clothes. Stay with neutral colors. For Mountain Trekkers should have warm clothes.
             
6. Do you accommodate people with dietary restrictions?
 Yes we do. Places you will be staying at offers different kind of food, from vegetarians to non-vegetarians. Let us know your dietary requirements in advance.
             
7. Can I get a visa upon arrival?
 As visa regulations may change anytime, we recommend you contact the Kenya embassy for the most updated information.
             
8. What immunizations / shots are required?
 Currently, there is no any immunizations/shots that is mandatory to have in order to get into East Africa (Tanzania/Kenya/Uganda) [unless prior to your arrival you go through countries that are infected with yellow fever/cholera or other diseases]. However for accurate and most updated info please visit the respective embassies for all countries you plan on visiting.
             
9. Would you recommend Malaria Medication?
  Yes, because it’s very common in East Africa.
Among recommended tables for this are Malarone and Larium. We also recommend insect repellents in addition to the above. Also, try to get away from all bugs while on the safari that might bother you.
             
10. How soon do I have to book your tour?
We recommend at least 6~9 months before the day you plan to start a safari. However, the earlier the better.
             
11. Do you customize a tour?
Yes, we do! Let us know your needs and we will deliver it.
             
12. What is the migration?
Animal Migration in East Africa refers to the movement of animals between Serengeti and Mara parks.

In late May / early June wildebeests and zebras begin their annual migration from western Serengeti thru the northern Serengeti to the Mara crossing the Mara River. They reach Maasai Mara Park sometime in mid July /early August depending on rain endings. After the short rains in the month of November, the herds move back into Serengeti and make their way to the southern pastures where they rest and feed through the rains until their search for better grazing leads them back north in their annual migration once again.
             
13. When are the wildebeests / zebras calving season?
  This occurs in late January ~ mid March, with thousands of them born daily within that time frame. This happens frequently in southern Serengeti.
             
14. What is the whether like in East Africa?
Generally, typical temp in East Africa is as follows:

Mid March ~May and November: Rainy season

June and July: Cold weather, with about 60~70 and 50~60 degrees Fahrenheit as day time and night time temps, respectively.

August ~October, and December ~February: Warm and dry, with temp in about 75~88 and 70~80 degrees Fahrenheit as day and night times temps, respectively.
             
15. Do you recommend Travel Insurance?
  Yes, we highly recommend travel insurance.
